Description

We would like to be able to have cross project milestones. Specifically we'd like to manage some milestones globally so we can use them in multiple projects.

In the UI when creating a milestone this could be something similar to having a "Make milestone available to other projects" checkbox.

I saw some open requests for things like cross project issue queries and issue boards. This fits in with those requests a bit.
