Inline buttons in the MR widget cause weird spacing and hierarchy

I think we should rethink how we are using inline buttons within the MR widget. They look okay when in full width, but as soon as you start resizing your screen, the wrapping causes weird spacing that causes the hierarchy to be lost. The line height is also too large in order to fit the inline buttons.
