Clicking on Projects in the Top Nav does not respect my default dashboard setting

Steps to reproduce

1. https://gitlab.com/profile/preferences -> Default Dashboard Starred Projects.
2. Click Projects in Top Nav UI or go to https://gitlab.com/dashboard/projects
3. Defaults to Your Projects.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Projects in UI or go to https://gitlab.com/dashboard/projects should also default to whatever the setting is like going to https://gitlab.com does.
