No way to set 'push rules' 'Check whether author is a GitLab user' as a default for all repos
Summary
There's no way to set 'push rules' 'Check whether author is a GitLab user' as a default for all repos
We need to have this set on all our repos as a result of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/1887 but there's no way to specify that newly reported repos should have this set and it defaults to off.
Steps to reproduce
- create a new repo
What is the current bug behavior?
'Check whether author is a GitLab user' is not set.
What is the expected correct behavior?
We need 'Check whether author is a GitLab user' to be set automatically.
