Incorrect translated date format in Simplified Chinese

With 9.4rc4, we see the dates on Commits page as below in Chinese. It's understandable but looks weird.

The right format in Chinese would be 2017年6月14日 for that date. This seems to me as a problem of getting the whole date string of 14 June, 2017 translated instead of individual words. There might be similar problems with other languages.
