Use detailed statuses when rendering CI/CD badges

  I wonder if we should use pipeline.detailed_status object here, because it already has appropriate .text. This might be out of scope for this merge request, because it would require a little more redesign. What do you think @ayufan? Should we maybe resolve that concerns as a tech debt issue?

Right now it does not seem the best route given there is I18N code in lib and this makes it not the optimal solution now.
