Keyboard shortcut for new issue whilst on list in boards

Description

Currently there is no keyboard shortcut to add a new issue in the boards whilst on a list. Although there is a handy + icon on each list, there is not equivalent keyboard shortcut.

This would be a really handy time saver when adding several new issues in one go.

Proposal

Add a new keyboard shortcut when the list is selected.
