Twitter and OpenGraph image values use relative paths instead of absolute, resulting in missing images

Description

When I share a link to my GitLab project on Twitter I get just a regular boring link.

Proposal

Add Twitter metadata to project pages to tell Twitter about project's logo and other properties.

Linking to projects on GitLab could show more information about the project in Twitter timeline and present GitLab links in a visually more attractive way.
