Browse inside ZIP files in the web interface

Description

At the moment, if a build publishes a ZIP file or other archive, it can only be downloaded in full from the web interface. It would be nice to be able to browse inside and view/download individual files inside the archive.

Proposal

Add a "browse inside" icon next to ZIPs which does the obvious thing.

We'd use this feature to browse inside the ZIPs we build for each of our product's releases, e.g .to view HTML documentation or check the presence/version number of nested files.
