Description

Start Test now button

If a test is pending there should be a button to start a test immediately.

This would be very helpful for test developers with two different test environments. Windows and Linux for example or different databases with no access from the developers PC.

Proposal

Just a button next to the pending label to start the test now or as next in the queue.
