Notifications page freezes my browser

Summary

When I go to /profile/notifications, my browser (Chrome on Linux) becomes unresponsive. Eventually, I get the Chrome "The following page has become unresponsive" dialog.

Steps to reproduce

Be a member (owner?) of like 7,000 projects.

I'm using the 9.2 version of EE

I don't want to do this to your poor server, and hopefully you have rate limiting in place so that I can't create 8,000 projects.

Possible fixes

Pagination would probably help, so that there's not a HTML page with 7,000 projects. Or, possibly, something in your JS is sad about that. Pagination (with search) is still probably a good plan.
