Deliver Content Images in output size

This is a technique to deliver images based on the current output size on that device. So that a mobile application only loads the image in a much smaller scale.

1. Frontend determines the current device + current rendering size of the asset
2. Integrates into the asset URL the intended output size
3. Backend delivers scaled + optimised Image

Needs backend work or maybe base it on NGINX with dynamic images. Can become CPU intensive as images are scaled mostly on the fly.
