Merge request page is inconsistently translated

Summary

Related issues in merge request widget are translated while the rest of the page is not.

Steps to reproduce

• change language to something else than English
• go to a merge request that references multiple issues in the description (for example https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/12163)

What is the current bug behavior?

Only "and" is translated.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Either translate the whole page (or at least the whole widget) or nothing.
