Link color in changed diff lines is wrong in dark theme

White theme (right):

The link for rails-i18n in the changed line should be the same blue color as in the lines before and after.

The culprit is the a here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/commit/549fb38c86e81448e8199e8c6af9970cab486fb4#519ab2ab0db335530ac8e7824f31a3f9d786c9f5_124_127.

It seems like this was intended to change the color of links in the line number column, rather than links in the actual text.
