Description

Editing issues after posting, regardless of how soon, are labelled as "edited". Often I'll post an issue only to notice a small grammatical error which needs fixing. These small edits usually don't change the meaning or context of the issue so it shouldn't be necessary to indicate that they have been changed.

Proposal

It would be nice to have a small grace period (~10 minutes) to edit an issue without it being labeled as "edited". An exception may be if somebody has already posted (or is posting) a reply.
