Edit buttons on MR and issue indexes should be a toggle

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Right now, the Edit button in the screenshot below shows the edit sidebar, but then disables. To get rid of the sidebar, you have to move over to the Cancel button and hit that.

I think it would be nice if on top of having the Cancel button, the Edit button would function like a toggle, hiding/showing depending on the current state, instead of being disabled after the first click.
