Parse and execute commands in commit message to add/remove labels upon Merge

At our workflow, when a mr is merged to master, the product owner (a non-tech person) looks at it and then closes the issue. So he needs a list of stuff he has to review. so I would love that merging a merge request could also add or remove a label to a card (e.g. QM or For Review") like it would close the card via "Closes #xxx"
