Usage ping for Integrations

Background

In order to better understand the popularity of integrations, we need to add integration data into usage ping.

As integrations are on a per-repository basis, it's probably best to send back unique integrations such that the data is not distorted by the number of projects.

Proposal

• Send back the service names of each unique integration on a GitLab instance in the usage ping
