Description

I was taking a look at the ConvDev index feature that will be released in v9.3 and thought it was pretty slick BUT would like to get nerdier with the data. Like being able to compare not just at an instance level (between companies) but also down to Groups/Projects inside our instance

Proposal

Being able to pull this off locally would be key, we wouldn't want to use "Usage ping" data and be shipping all this data back to GitLab (maybe some wouldn't mind?)
