Send notification email periodically (hourly)

Description

Set Watch notification via email could cause a lot of spam.

Proposal

It would be nice if there is a way to receive notification packeted together (e.g. one every hour) instead of receive one email per event (issue opening, issue closing, comment, ...).

Some tools, link Trello, have this feature.
