It is too hard to get to an artifact

Description

In order to download a particular artifact, I have to traverse 10 pages, and thus click 10 times, starting from the jobs page. There's a lack of finish in this part of the UI and it's tiresome.

Proposal

1. Make the "browse artifacts" button available from the jobs page (saves 1 click).
2. Important! Collapse empty directory structures. So instead of having to navigate to "myapp/rn-code/android/app/build/outputs/apk/" there is 1 click (saves 6 clicks).
3. Remove the "download this file" page which serves no purpose except to add an extra click (saves 1 click).

Alternatives: 3. To make it really convenient, cache the path to the last artifact downloaded, and put a shortcut right on the jobs page (saves 9 clicks). 4. Add keyboard navigation to the tree so I can deal with the bad navigation easier.
