Recognise links to urls and repository files in job logs

Usecase

When browsing job logs, urls and file paths may be listed. These should be clickable, so we save users time copy pasting this content.

Problem

Currently people copy/paste file paths and urls. For faster inspection, these should be linked, similar to https://blog.bitbucket.org/2017/05/23/links-bitbucket-pipelines-logs/?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=bitbucket_pipelines-links-logs
