Feature request: make profile contributions graph visible on small viewports

Currently the user contribution graph found on ones profile is hidden when the viewport is below a certain width. I propose we make this graph responsive on smaller viewports and either shrink the graph or show a truncated view (maybe the last quarter instead of the full year overview).
