Project avatar - browse file in server

Description

If You try to attach avatar to Your project, there is only one possibility: browse file locally on Your machine. You can choose file and send it directly to server. And since now this file is available on server. But wait a minute, you can't use this particular image again as your avatar. Maybe it should work like that. But in my case this is a little bit confused.

I'm using avatars to highlight project technology. For example: Java Project (java logo), PHP Project (php logo) etc. Every time when I'm going to add new java project, aditionaly the same image appear on server. Just imagine how many similar images will be in near future ...

Proposal

Possibility to choose existing image on server. Something similar to media libraries in popular cms.
