"Create new label", color preview does not appear

Summary

When you click "Create new label" in issue's page and then want to add custom color, color preview does not appear.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any issue with correct rights to manage labels.
  2. Click Labels -> Edit -> Create new label.
  3. Then paste any color you want (for example, #ffffff) in text input "Assign custom color like #FF0000".

What is the current bug behavior?

Color preview does not appear.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Color preview does appear.
