introduce spinner on button for creating new merge request on issue
problem
Currently when you click on the new merge request button, it can take quite long before the merge request is actually created and that you'll be taken to it. This creates confusion, if your press of the button actually did something.
Proposal
Let's alleviate that with a simple spinner (as we do elsewhere)
