Migrate issues from Bugzilla to GitLab

To support the migration to GitLab from other popular systems, it would be certainly cool to have a functionality which allows a one-time migration from Bugzilla to GitLab.

As Bugzilla was rather broadly used but meanwhile fall back behind other systems like JIRA for example, I could imagine that these days many people are looking for a migration target away from Bugzilla.

Certainly the top migration target should become GitLab!

Hence I'd like to propose a one-time migration mechanism that turns Bugzilla Users, Groups, Projects and Issues into GitLab counterparts. :-)
