Resolvable Thread feature in normal commit page (comment at bottom and comment at particular line)

The resolvable thread feature at MR is really awesome as it is offering 'creating new issue from that thread'..

Our company's code review process is not through MR. We will eventually go to that. But, now we have a process of doing code review and commenting in the commit page itself. So, we need need this resolvable thread and new issue from that thread features in the commit page itself...?

Is there any proposal to bring this feature to normal commit page itself in the below 2 areas?

1. Thread comments at the bottom of the page
2. Also at the comments at a particular line diff
