Default sort options in the admin area (groups, projects, users)

Currently, the Groups, Projects, and Users tabs in the admin area all use different sort options.

• Groups - Last created
• Projects - Last updated
• Users - Name

Determine common use cases for these pages in order to decide what default sort option is most useful for each view.
