Improve upload empty state

  • Many files are rendered inside GitLab like Markdown, image files, and @jschatz1 is starting to add some cool format types like docx and Balsamiq. These would be very useful to people. We should tell people about this so they can really leverage it. Where are some good places to tell people about this feature?

  • These places seem like good areas to advertise this fact and link to documentation.

  • This can also be an opportunity to design an empty-state style graphic which tells which common files can be rendered.
