Pipeline's Retry button confuses me

On a pipeline show page I can see the Retry button if there are some failed jobs.

It is not obvious that clicking to the Retry button will retry only failed jobs, not the whole pipeline.

Shouldn't we rename it to something like Retry failed jobs?

Given that there is no such a button on that page if there are no any failed jobs.
