Add slack direct messages as a notification option

Description

Add an integration that would allow users to receive direct messages on slack/mattermost in the notifications settings.

Most developers are not signed into the UI all the time to get desktop notifications and no one wants to get spammed with email. Slack and Mattermost are much more convenient.
