Group Milestone page should have a "New Issue" button

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Makes issue creation workflow faster and more intuitive in that view.

From that view, currently one needs to click on a project, then Issues, then New Issue, then select the Milestone again. Long and convoluted process.
