Supporting colors in wiki pages

It would be great if we can change the color of standard text inside of GitLab wiki pages.

Currently, it is possible if you are using code snippets then we can colorize using the key for that language, i.e.:

<span style="color:red">tag shown as red</span> shows as red writing

but we can't change the color of the standard text.
