Page not refresh/update automatically when file is locked or unlocked via EE UI

Summary

The file page is not update when user clicks "lock" or "unlock" to change the file locking status.

Steps to reproduce

• Install a license to a Gitlab EE instance with file locking license
• Create a new file from web in a project with permission
• Click "Lock" in the file view page

What is the current bug behavior?

The current page still shows "Lock" without a lock icon. The file is locked actually which could be seen if the page is refreshed or viewed in the list view.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The current page is updated automatically to reflect the new status.
