Hover behavior for all object lists in GitLab (ToDo, issues, projects, groups, activity)

Description

Although there are separators between the table rows, you still need to look carefully at the screen to see which icons on the right belong to which text on the left. Having a visual effect on a hovered row would help readability.

Proposal

There is a simple solution to make it much easier to see that you are still in the right row. Using a slightly different background color per row.
