Show label description in dropdowns

For GFM rendered labels we have cool tooltips that show the label description.

Sometimes I'm using the label dropdown and want to know or confirm the label is the label I'm thinking of.

For example: "Hmm, what was meta for exactly? I swear it changed scope or something..."

It would be nice to show the description some how on these dropdowns:
