Echo back ChatOps command in case of syntax errors

Creating an issue with ChatOps is awesome, but I found the learning curve a bit tricky because sometimes I forget to add new to the end of /gitlab-ce issue new after spelling out a large amount of text. I get an error message and no way to retrieve it back. I'm not sure if there's a way to echo back what you wrote so that it can be copied and pasted.

e.g. Try: /gitlab-ce issue My new issue

Because of this, I'm a little wary of using ChatOps in case my issue data gets lost.
