Display content summary when deleting a user

Description

When deleting a user currently, it has the warning that content will be removed. The problem is that there is no way to really know how much content that will be. It would be nice to see an option there to 'give me a summary of owned content'. A simple count of distinct projects, total comments, reviews, etc.

Proposal

Add a in-content dialog after the 'remove user' button that prompts for confirmation (instead of using the javascript prompt) - on this dialog display the confirmation along with summary of the owned content that will be removed.
