duplicated "help" navigation
with the change to the new dropdown we have 2 different navigation elements pointing to the same page:
- help:
- about gitlab:
both go to http://localhost:3000/help
I think we could convert one of these items to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/25341
