Usecase
This could solve https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/29058 in a slightly different way, by filtering issues on the list or board by milestone and then have an indicator if it needs a personal todo
Problem
Currently there is no way of seeing if a certain issue or merge request needs a personal action from the list or board view.
Proposal
Have a visual indicator on each issue/mr row or issue card on the issue board, which indicates that that item needs a personal action from you.
