Issue / merge request list search / filter results update without pressing return

• Currently you have to hit return before the search / filter executes.
• Proposal: Every time you add/remove a filter or enter/delete a search term, the results refresh right away. You don't have to hit return.
• Some feedback while results loading.
• Can our technology currently support this?
