Differentiate EE from CE inside product

Benefits

• Differentiation of the paid product from the free product.
• Elevate the brand.
• Reduce potentially any confusion for customers using both versions at the same time, or during an upgrade. There has been no feedback of any confusion at all. This is suspected only.

Ideas

• New logo (Bad idea, per https://gitlab.slack.com/archives/ux/p1487602477002377).
• Add EE somewhere obvious in the product, next to the logo for example.
• Change the header.
• MVP should be small change to get something out quickly.
