GitLab Runner description is not updated in the runner logs when changed through the UI

Summary

When changing the description of a runner, it will change the description through the UI, but not in the logs of the runner.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new runner
2. Attempt to change the runner name through Admin settings => Runners => Edit => Change description
3. The logs in the runner will keep the previous name

Description is not updated

What is the expected correct behavior?

Description should be updated
