Benchmark ZAP Desktop vs DAST cli

Benchmark results of ZAP Scan in the desktop and the ZAP scan through the DAST Scanner. Are they reporting the same results and if not, is this related to the parameters being set for DAST, or limitations in how ZAP is implemented.
