Ability to show real names instead of username

Description

Now in comments (or other text) gitlab show only username. And when name different from real name, it's misleading.

Proposal

Add boolean setting to user preferences like: "Display real names instead of usernames".

And according to this settings, show in text real name with username popup (or vice versa).
