Review the default labels

I just started a project, and wanted to create labels. GitLab was kind enough to recommend a default set;
- bug
- confirmed
- critical
- discussion
- documentation
- enhancement
- suggestion
- support
And to be honest, I don't like the selection. To list a few reasons:
- if one choses to create a
criticallabel, it should be a prioritised label. - It has both suggestion and enhancement, while I like ~"feature proposal" better, to replace the both of them
- It has both bug and confirmed. Given only team members can label, the meaning should be the same. I would say, remove confirmed.
- I don't really see the difference between discussion and suggestion either.
- The label names should be Capitalized
