Summary

Unable to add https://gitlab.com/Escha to https://gitlab.com/beyond-skyrim/iliac-bay/settings/members because he doesn't show up when typing his name in to the member list.

Steps to reproduce

Try to add him by searching for Escha in any member list, he doesn't show up.

What is the current bug behavior?

Lots of other users show up but not him.

What is the expected correct behavior?

He shows up then I add him with the appropriate permissions.
