Wiki: Show code of repository file with syntax highlighting

Description

Gollum allows to use syntax highlighting for a file from the (wiki) repository like this:

```text:somefile```

But this feature has been disabled or doesn't work at the moment.

(Also, with gitlab-ce#20726 solved one might embed files from a/the source repository or the wiki.)

Proposal

(Re)activate the feature.
