Project visibility levels that are not allowed should be hidden in settings

Example:

When I set the group's visibility to private, all project's that belong to it inherit the visibility level as well. In the project's settings the Public/Internal choices should be hidden from the dropdown. Otherwise, choosing a setting that is not allowed you get an error message.
